The NSC Reconciliation page allows you to view, reconcile, and export enrollment data. Click here to learn more about the process of reconciling enrollment records in Overgrad.
First, navigate to the NSC Reconciliation page from the Data & Reports dropdown menu
On the NSC Reconciliation tab, review a visual representation of enrollment records and the number of unresolved errors
Scroll down on this page to view the reconciliation table
- Click the hyperlinked date to download the NSC enrollment report from that date
- Use the pills to filter the data displayed in the table
- Use the Export button to export either the summary information (represented with blue outlines in the screenshot below) or the table data, which includes each row represented in the table (represented in yellow outlines in the screenshot below)
Click on the Enrollment Report tab to view each enrollment record and use the pills to filter data
- Use the pills to filter the data displayed in the summary and table; the image above uses a "Conflicts" filter to only display enrollment records with conflicts
- Use the Export button to export either the summary information or each row represented in the table
Click on the Audit Log tab to view or download a history of all reconciliation and uploads
- Use the pills to filter the data displayed in the table
- Use the Export button to export all data displayed on the page (filters will impact both the display and export)
