Educators with the ability to view student data can now add enrollment details on the enrollment tab of the student overview page: 

To add an enrollment, click on the Add button at the top right corner of the enrollment tab, just above the enrollment table


Data Entry

  • The term selected will determine where the manual entry is displayed

    • Dates are optional and won’t impact the display 

  • Graduation should only be marked in the term in which they earned a degree -- not every subsequent term


To edit an enrollment, click on the … menu in the row you wish to edit in enrollment table and select Edit

To delete an enrollment, click on the … menu in the row you wish to edit in enrollment table and select Delete

Reporting

  • The educator that entered the manual enrollment will show in italics in line with the enrollment in the enrollments table

  • Manual enrollments entered will be included in Alumni and Enrollment data rollups

  • Enrollment source is also included as a report field
