Identify FRNYC in Overgrad

Modified on Tue, 24 Feb at 9:34 AM

How are FRNYC students identified in Overgrad?

FRNYC students are identified in Overgrad at the school level. Overgrad may import an initial list at the start of the school year, but does not automatically update which students are enrolled in an FRNYC pathway.

Schools are responsible for ensuring that students who are enrolled in FRNYC pathways are accurately tagged in Overgrad. This includes adding FRNYC status for newly enrolled students, removing students who are no longer part of a pathway, and reviewing lists periodically to ensure they remain up to date.

Keeping FRNYC student lists accurate in Overgrad ensures that student completion, KIMs tracking, and reporting reflect the correct group of students.
