This article provides examples of the different types of reports you can run and directions on how to create them.

Student Reports:
Looking to generate a report about students at your school? Use "student" reports and follow our example below.
Example: The following example would generate a report showing all students in the class of 2018. The report would also include their birthday, phone number, student ID, and email address.
College List Reports
Looking to generate a report about a specific college? Or looking to generate a report of students' top choices? Use "college lists" and follow our example below.
Example: The following report would show all students (First name, last name, grade level) in your school who are following a specific college. In this case, University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Example: The following example would generate a report that includes all of the colleges (and their rank on students' lists) for the class of 2019.
Career Reports
Looking to generate a report about students' career lists? Use our Career Reports.
Example: The following example would generate a report showing the career interests (including their rank) for the Class of 2017.
Application Reports
Looking to generate a report regarding students college applications? If so, use our Application Reports.
Example: The following example would generate a report for the Class of 2017 showing the status of their tests scores as well as their application and admission status.
Transcript Reports
Looking to generate a report on students' transcript status or a related transcript report? If so, use our Transcript Reports.
Example: The following example would generate a report showing the transcript status of students in the Class of 2017.
Course Plan Reports
Looking to run a report on anything related to the course planner? If so use the Course Plan Reports.
Example: The following example would generate a report showing the courses each student has added to their course plan. Adding Graduation Year will allow you to filter and sort by grade level.
