Educators can view an individual student and their data by:
1) Typing the student's name into the search bar at the top of your educator dashboard. As you type, a dropdown will show matching students — click a result to jump straight to their profile.

Once you're on a student's profile page, you'll see their name, grade level, school, GPA, and test scores at the top.
Next to the student's name, the "..." menu gives you a few account-management options: Change Password, Resend Welcome Email, Delete Student Account, and Edit Test Scores.


- Student Overview: a snapshot of the student's progress, including Applications by fit (Likely/Match/Reach), Colleges Following, Award Letters and estimated Out of Pocket Cost, and Future Plans (Career Cluster, Careers Following, Majors Considering)
- Milestones: a grade-by-grade checklist showing completed, incomplete, and not-completing milestones
- Pathways: career/college pathways the student (or you) have added, with ROI, average pay, net price, and other outcome data
- Applications: a table of the student's college applications with academic fit, application type, due date, and status
- Financial Aid: FAFSA and CSS Profile status, SAI, and scholarship tracking
- College List: every college the student is following, along with their academic stats
- Programs: certificate and training programs the student is following
- Careers: careers the student is following
- Documents: files uploaded for the student (financial aid forms, etc.)
- Essays: the student's essay tracker
- Interactions: a log of meetings/interactions with the student
- Activities: the student's extracurricular activities
- Events: events the student has registered for or attended
- Profile: academic details, assigned counselor, and parent/guardian contact info
