This guide will show educators how to export a list of all of the Programs students are following and the available fields to include in the report.
Step 1: Go to Custom Reports
Navigate to the top menu: Data & Reports > Custom Reports.
Step 2: Open the Program Lists Tool
Click the gray Program Lists button.
Step 3: Create a New Report
Click the "..." next to the dropdown list of available reports.
Select "Create a new report."
Step 4: Add Program Fields
When building your report, look for fields under the section:
Program Data – [field name] (e.g., program followed, application status)
