All rollup fields are listed alphabetically in the fields section of custom reports and can be found in the Student Rollups section. We have listed the fields below based on type, not the order in which they appear in the field list.

College Lists

These fields pull from students’ “following” lists, accessed from the My Future>My Colleges dropdown selection on the student page. 


  • # of Colleges on List: total number of colleges followed    

  • # of TGR* Colleges on List: number of colleges followed with a graduation rate at or above student’s TGR    

  • # of IGR* Colleges on List: number of colleges followed with a graduation rate at or above student’s IGR    

  • Average Overall Grad Rate of College List: averages the six-year graduation rate for all colleges followed    

  • Average Ethnicity Grad Rate of College List: averages the ethnicity-specific six-year graduation rate for all colleges followed, using the same ethnicity as self-reported on the student profile

  • # of [Match Category] Colleges on List    

    • Includes fields for each admissibility category, with match category determined for each student’s followed college based on the student academic profile and college historic admission data 


College Applications

These fields pull from students’ applications lists, accessed from the Applications>View Applications dropdown selection on the student page

  • Applications Added

    • # of Applications: total number of college applications     

    • # of TGR* Colleges on Application List: number of applications with a graduation rate at or above student’s TGR        

    • # of IGR* Colleges on Application List: number of applications with a graduation rate at or above student’s IGR

    • Probability of 1+ Acceptance: uses statistical analysis to calculate a student’s likelihood of acceptance to at least one college based on their application list, academic profile, and historic admission data

    • Probability of 1+ Acceptance to TGR: uses statistical analysis to calculate a student’s likelihood of acceptance to at least one college with a graduation rate at or above students’ TGR based on their application list, academic profile, and historic admission data    

    • Probability of 1+ Acceptance to IGR: uses statistical analysis to calculate a student’s likelihood of acceptance to at least one college with a graduation rate at or above students’ IGR based on their application list, academic profile, and historic admission data        

    • # of Applications to In-State Colleges: total number of applications with an address in the same state as the student’s high school    

    • # of Applications to Out-of-State Public Colleges: total number of applications with an address in a state other than the student’s high school    

    • # of Applications to Private Colleges: total number of private college applications on the student list, private defined by IPEDS

    • # of Applications to Public Colleges:  total number of public college applications on the student list, public defined by IPEDS    

  • Applications Submitted
    In order to count as “submitted” applications must have any of the following status: applied, accepted, waitlisted, withdrew, deferred, denied, enrolled

    • # of Applications Submitted: total number of submitted applications    

    • % of Apps on List that have been Submitted: divides the applications submitted by the total number of applications    

    • # of Applications Submitted to [Match Category] Colleges

      • Includes fields for each admissibility category, with match category determined for each student’s submitted applications based on the student academic profile and college historic admission data     

    • # of Applications Submitted to In-State Colleges: total number of submitted applications with an address in the same state as the student’s high school        

    • # of Applications to Out-of-State Public Colleges: total number of submitted applications with an address in a state other than the student’s high school        

    • # of Applications Submitted to Private Colleges: total number of submitted applications to private colleges, private defined by IPEDS

    • # of Applications Submitted to Public Colleges: total number of submitted applications to public colleges, public defined by IPEDS    

  • Acceptances
    In order to count as “accepted” applications must have the status of either accepted or enrolled

    • # of College Acceptances: total number of applications to colleges at which the student has been accepted    

    • # of Acceptances to [Match Category] Colleges

      • Includes fields for each admissibility category, with match category determined for each college to which the student has been accepted, based on the student academic profile and college historic admission data     

    • # of Acceptances to In-State Colleges    : acceptances from colleges with an address in the same state as the student’s high school

    • # of Acceptances to Out-of-State Public Colleges: acceptances from colleges with an address in any other state than the student’s high school    

    • # of Acceptances to Private Colleges: acceptances from private colleges, as determined by IPEDS    

    • # of Acceptances to Public Colleges: acceptances from private colleges, as determined by IPEDS

  • Additional Summaries

    • # of Award Letters Received: total number of award letters with the status received, flagged for verification, or appealing offer    

    • % of Award Letters Received: total number of award letters received divided by the total number of acceptances     

    • # of ED/EA Applications: total number of applications added with an application type of Early Action I or II, Early Decision I or II, or single-choice early actions    

    • # of ED applications: total number of applications added with an application type of Early Decision I or II

    • Average Ethnicity Grad Rate of Application List: averages the ethnicity-specific six-year graduation rate for all added applications, using the same ethnicity as self-reported on the student profile    

    • Average Overall Grad Rate of Application List: averages the six-year graduation rate for all applications added    

    • Avg. Out of Pocket: the average out of pocket cost(cost of attendance minus grants, loans, and scholarships) for all award letters entered    

    • Minimum Out of Pocket: the lowest out of pocket cost(cost of attendance minus grants, loans, and scholarships) for all award letters entered


Enrollment

  • Enrolled College: the application with a status “enrolled”    

  • Enrolled College - Academic Fit: the match/admissibility category of the enrolled college, based on the student academic profile and college historic admission data     

  • Enrolled College - Award Letter Status: indicates if the award letter for the enrolled college is listed as not received, received, flagged for verification, or appealing offer    

  • Enrolled College - Ethnicity Graduation Rate: the ethnicity-specific six-year graduation rate for the college to which to student plans to enroll, using the same ethnicity as self-reported on the student profile

  • Enrolled College - Out of Pocket: the out of pocket cost(cost of attendance minus grants, loans, and scholarships) for the college to which to student plans to enroll

  • Enrolled College - Overall Graduation Rate: the average six-year graduation rate for the college to which to student plans to enroll

  • Enrolled College - Probability of Acceptance: calculated odds of admission for the school to which the student plans to enroll, calculated using the student’s academic and demographic data and historic admission data for the college    

  • Enrolled College - Type: indicates if the college to which the student plans to enroll is classified as a four-year, two-year, or less than two year, according to IPEDS

  • Enrolled College - Unmet Need: the unmet need (out of pocket plus family contribution) for the college to which to student plans to enroll

  • Enrolled College - Admission Plan: the type of application submitted (regular decision, early action, etc) for the college     to which to student plans to enroll

  • Enrolled College - For Profit?: displayed as yes/no depending on the enrolled college’s for profit status, determined by IPEDS    

  • Enrolled College - Public?: displayed as yes/no depending on the enrolled college’s public status, determined by IPEDS        

  • Enrolled College - State: the state in which the college to which the student plans to enroll is located


Miscellaneous

  • # of Days Since Last Activity in Overgrad: calculated based on the student’s last action, not login, in Overgrad (this does not include actions performed by a counselor ghosting as a student)    

  • # of Careers on List: total number of careers followed, pulled from students’ “following” lists, accessed from the My Future>My Careers dropdown selection on the student page    

  • # of High School Programs on List: total number of high school programs followed, pulled from students’ “following” lists, accessed from the My Future>My Programs dropdown selection on the student page

  • # of Postsecondary Programs on List: total number of postsecondary programs followed, pulled from students’ “following” lists, accessed from the My Future>My Programs dropdown selection on the student page


    


*TGR and IGR are calculated fields that match students with a “target” grad rate (TGR) and “ideal” grad rate (IGR) based on historic enrollment data and the student’s demographic information and academic profile.
