What is a final report, and why do I need one? 

The final report is the way that you confirm that you've graduated from high school. This is typically a necessary step to enroll in a postsecondary institution. This will include your final grades from your senior year, and all other grades you've earned, along with the date that you received your high school diploma. 


The final report will be automatically requested for you once you change your application status to "enrolled. If you need help with this step, check out this article.


What if I'm not yet sure where I plan to enroll? 

If you're not yet ready to change the application status to "enrolled," you can manually request final reports. 


To do this, you'll navigate to your Applications

Then simply click on the name of the school you want to send a final report to go to the overview page. 


Once you're on the application page, scroll down to Application Documents and select Attach a Document 

Now select Final Report and Attach or Request. 

You'll now see the status of the Final Report in your Application Documents section:
